Cwmcarn Paragon TT report & results 23 July 2026
Cwmcarn Paragon’s Lianne Lusty rode to a personal best of 24min 44sec to win the women’s time trial bicycle category on the club’s R19/59 course on July 23.
Mike Griffiths posted a rapid 22:56 on a road bike in the open class with Matt O’Brien (24:17) second and Steve Payne (24:33) third.
Sam Cooke did another impressive ride in the open TT bike category, winning in 21:29.
Cwmcarn veteran Jon Vickery was runner-up in 22:45 with 15-year-old Mason Collier (23:49) shining on his course debut. Marco Markette (24:36) was fourth.
