Cwmcarn Paragon duo Jess Duffield and Helen Stevenson raced to magnificent runner-up finishes at The Lloyds National Gravel Championships.
Duffield, making her gravel racing debut, was second in the female youth category with Stevenson (Magspeed Racing) out-sprinted for victory in the junior female shootout.
The versatile Stevenson’s effort came just a week after being crowned British female road bike champion in the 12-hour time trial with a staggering distance of 224.89ml.
These are tremendous results for the club and we congratulate Jess and Helen on their efforts and podium finishes.
