What a weekend for Cwmcarn Paragon CC at the Welsh XCC & XCO Championships in Llangollen! Our riders put in an incredible performance across two days of racing, proudly representing the club and bringing home an amazing 8 Welsh Championship jerseys.
Saturday – XCC (Short Track) Daisy Duffield got the weekend off to the perfect start, storming to victory in the Under-12 Championship and successfully defending her title from last year. Championship wins then followed from Jess Duffield, Helen Stevenson and Rowena Duffield, making it a fantastic day for the Paragons.
Sunday – XCO (Cross Country Olympic) It was more of the same as Daisy, Jess, Helen and Rowena all completed the double, adding the XCO Welsh Championship titles to their XCC victories.
