Epic Gravel/MTB Adventure

An epic gravel and history ride lead by historian and Cwmcarn Paragon Legend Dai Parry
Taking in pontypool pump house, Bleanavon railway, big pit, Blaenavon museum for food. The water bored through the mountain from Bleanavon to Cwmtillery. Drift mines, sunk mines The infamous dog stone and much more.
This ride will be a steady leisurely pace with lots of stops for history talks.
Although is not far in distance this ride will be a big day.so extra food will be needed. So bring your own supplies. There will be a cafe stop in Bleanavon museum and greggs in Abertillery.
Gravel and moutain bikes welcome
There are some big climbs up to the top of moutains on this ride. So be prepared to walk.
This is a long day. So dont expect to be back early
This is not one to miss. The banter and history lessons will be brilliant.
