Cwmcarn Paragon Youth in association with WORA (Wales Offroad Academy) are hosting a series of 7 linked, progressive CX sessions for youth riders from any club in Wales, running every Tuesday 5:30-7pm at Risca Leisure Centre:

10^th September

^17nd September

24^th September

^1st October

^8th October

15th October

22nd October

Criteria:

Second year U12
U14 & U16 riders
Looking to start racing or already racing
Welsh eligible

Goals:

Improve core CX skills
Learn about the demands of CX racing
Improve technical and physical ability off-road
Feel confident to enter a CX race, if not already racing
