DESCRIPTION:ABOUT THIS WORKOUT \nRowe & King’s Monday Mixer is a short but focused session\, full of structure. In terms of physical stress – the session is regarded as “moderate” – one that can be completed following a hard Sunday ride\, and should not leave your legs too fatigued come Tuesday. This session is regarded as ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) and fits in perfectly alongside longer endurance rides on the weekend. \nIn terms of physical stress – the session is regarded as “moderate” – one that can be completed following a hard Sunday ride\, and should not leave your legs too fatigued come Tuesday. \nThis session is regarded as ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) and fits in perfectly alongside longer endurance rides on the weekend. \nWORKOUT DESIGNER \nThis session is designed by Rowe & King Head Coach\, Courtney Rowe who has been coaching cyclists for over 30 years from beginner to professionals\, and is a firm believer in quality over quantity. \nCourtney is 29 x Welsh Champion\, 5 x British Champion\, 4 x European Champion and has 5 World Championship medals in his trophy cabinet! \nABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS \nZwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts\, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That’s right\, if you’re outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. DESCRIPTION:This weeks Sunday Club Ride is a Gravel / MTB ride. \nLeaving the Club at 9am and heading upto oakdale and cross the mountain road to brynmawr for coffee and refreshments.\nThe return leg will be llangattock escarpment and drop down to pick up the brecon canal where we can ride to Pontypool.\nAbout 45 miles. Some gravel\, some road and some canal towpath. \nGravel and mountain bike friendly. \nThis is a social ride where we all look after eachother and enjoy eachothers company. \nThe highlight of the ride is Llangattock Cave (optional). Its very safe to walk into. But worth a look.

This session is regarded as ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) and fits in perfectly alongside longer endurance rides on the weekend. \nIn terms of physical stress – the session is regarded as “moderate” – one that can be completed following a hard Sunday ride\, and should not leave your legs too fatigued come Tuesday. \nThis session is regarded as ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) and fits in perfectly alongside longer endurance rides on the weekend. \nWORKOUT DESIGNER \nThis session is designed by Rowe & King Head Coach\, Courtney Rowe who has been coaching cyclists for over 30 years from beginner to professionals\, and is a firm believer in quality over quantity. \nCourtney is 29 x Welsh Champion\, 5 x British Champion\, 4 x European Champion and has 5 World Championship medals in his trophy cabinet! \nABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS \nZwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts\, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That’s right\, if you’re outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other.
